Rated 5 Stars (out of 5) - Great extension! Highly recommended for everyone who uses Mercurial with Visual Studio 2010. It's very lightweight and provides quick and easy access to the most essential TortoiseHg commands.

Current version of MercurialToolbar does not work with the newly released 2.0
Comments: I have forked the project and created a quick fix for this issue, that works without copying any files. Pull request pending.

Current version of MercurialToolbar does not work with the newly released 2.0
Comments: It's because the Tortoise folks apparently renamed the hgtk exe file to thg. As a workaround;, if you go into the Tortoise installation (Normally c:\Program Files\Tortoise), you can copy the thg.exe file to hgtk.exe and it will work again. At least, it did for me.

Refactored CommandBase in such a way that HgtkCommandBase and HgCommandBase no longer need to be separate. Writing messages to Output instead of popping messageboxes. Added logic for the free Hg/Hgtk command ComboBox. Does not allow commands that are not hg/hgtk. Messenger can now write to output as well as pop a IVsUIShell MessageBox. Removed Branch and Merge buttons - those tasks are easier to do directly in the freeform command ComboBox.

Finalized toolbar layout (at least all commands for v1 are layed out). Added a couple of groups to make the toolbar look and function better.

Added functionality for starting HgtkCommands through CommandBase and HgtkCommandBase. Added another glyph (for repository settings).
