Current version of MercurialToolbar does not work with the newly released 2.0
Comments: I have forked the project and created a quick fix for this issue, that works without copying any files. Pull request pending.

Current version of MercurialToolbar does not work with the newly released 2.0
Comments: It's because the Tortoise folks apparently renamed the hgtk exe file to thg. As a workaround;, if you go into the Tortoise installation (Normally c:\Program Files\Tortoise), you can copy the thg.exe file to hgtk.exe and it will work again. At least, it did for me.
